Spread across 5 scenic acres, KBPL owns and manages the largest single-plot strawberry farm in Kerala. Guided by traditional farming wisdom and cutting-edge scientific practices (via KVK), we grow year-round harvests of strawberries, apples, and berries.

Nestled in the pristine hills of Kanthalloor, fondly called “The Kashmir of the South,” our 5-acre strawberry farm is a haven for those who long for the simple joys of nature. Here, strawberries aren’t just cultivated – they’re nurtured with care, using a blend of traditional wisdom, scientific farming practices, and deep respect for the land.
Every berry you bite into carries the freshness of mountain air, the richness of red soil, and the silent strength of sustainable cultivation. Our team of local farmers, trained and guided by Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), follows eco-conscious methods to grow strawberries that are free from harmful chemicals, rich in taste, clean in process, and honest in origin.
But Kanthalloor Berries is more than a farm – it’s a living experience.
We welcome visitors to explore our lush green trails, walk between rows of ripening fruit, interact with our farmers, and witness firsthand the art of high-altitude farming. Our guided farm visits offer guests a chance to touch, taste, and understand how food is grown – from seed to harvest. You can also pluck your produce, capture stunning views at designated selfie points, and shop farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, and more at our on-site outlet.
And this is just the beginning.
We’re currently developing farm stay facilities, so guests can wake up to the morning mist, dine on fresh produce, and truly stay with the soil – immersed in the rhythms of rural life.
